    Insurance & Bonds:

    • Must comply with the Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for future RFP’s

    • Bid bonds are required with all proposals

  • • Payment Schedule: 30-day invoice cycle

    • Accelerated Payment Plan (APP): Another option

    • Retainage Policy: Not to exceed 5%

    • Contract Type: Subcontracts will be held by the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Trinity Alliance Component 1
